Returns, exchanges, and cancellations:
Gifting Moon will accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on non-personalised items.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom or personalised orders can not be returned, exchanged or cancelled unless they arrive damaged or incorrect – please contact Gifting Moon within 7 days of receipt of the product to discuss options.

Your information entered during check out, or when creating an account will only be used for your order. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. Our store is hosted on WordPress using Woocommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
