Our website address is: https://giftingmoon.com and is owned by Jennifer Grace Tubbs. Her husband Alexander Tubbs also assists with the general administration of the business.
We may collect certain data from you to assist your use of the website or so that we can process your orders. We want to keep your information safe and only gather what is necessary. Please see below for information on what data we might collect and how it is stored.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Browsing: When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system – for example what country you are from to help with delivery cost estimates.
Purchasing: When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address, so that we can send your order to you, or contact you with any issues.
Payment: We use third party payment processors (Stripe and Paypal), and do not store any of your financial information internally. Stripe and PayPal have their own respective privacy policies separate from ours.
Contact forms: If you fill out a contact form this will collect your name and email address, so that we are able to assist with your query.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Data retention
Orders: When you place an order through this website, we will maintain your order information for our records unless you ask us to delete this information. Data will be stored on a password-protected online store, accessed through a password protected PC – situated in a private residence (not accessible by the public).
Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Gravatar: An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

This website uses third party cookies to help us understand our traffic, serve ads, and to help you browse our website – both now and if you return at a later time. - WooCommerce (Manages your cart and the checkout process.) Your data is stored through Woocommerce’s data storage, databases and the general Woocommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
